Welcome to the Team Vic Athlete Uniform Ordering Guide! We, the team at STR, are here to help make the uniform ordering process as easy as possible for you. It's important that you read through this guide to ensure a smooth uniform ordering process.

Please refer to your sport’s online shop for information on compulsory and optional items.
Try-on/Sizing
Sizing is an important part of the process, so STR conducts in-person sizing sessions for each program. While these sessions were paused during COVID restrictions, they have now resumed. It is highly recommended that you attend one of these sessions to ensure you get the correct size. If you're unable to attend, be sure to check out our sizing guide and measure yourself to find the best fit.
When placing your order, please refer to the form from the sizing day or use the sizing guide as a secondary source. Our sizes are a high performance athletic cut and may be different from more relaxed school uniform cuts, please keep that in mind when selecting sizes. If you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, you may want to go up a size.
Also, consider if you’ll want some room for growth.
Use the age as a rough guide only when selecting children's sizes. For example, a 10k size is designed for an average 10-year-old and has an athletic fit, without extra room for growth. If the athlete has already turned 10 going onto 11, consider sizing up.

Ordering
To place your order, visit the STR Team Vic Apparel E-Store at www.ssvapparel.com.au.
- Click on “Athletes” and select your sport
- Enter the password provided to you by SSV
- Ensure you’ve read and followed the section on sizing in this guide
- Compulsory items must be ordered
- Optional items are not essential but are nice to have
- Be sure to select your team correctly
- Don’t forget to enter the athlete’s full name at checkout.
Once an order has been placed on our website, it cannot be combined with another order for the purpose of shipping. Each order is processed and shipped independently. This policy is in place to ensure accurate tracking and delivery of your purchases.
We understand that you may want to make additional purchases after placing an order. In such cases, we recommend placing a new order for the additional items. Our website allows for easy and convenient checkout, making it quick and simple to place multiple orders.
Tall Ordering
If you're a very tall athlete, you can request tall pants (+10cm). They’ll be made to order and delivered together with the competition uniforms to your team manager. The request should be made to your team manager who will then request to us. Upon approval, you will be provided a password to access the Tall collection to place your order. As per all made to items, tall pants will not be eligible for exchanges or refunds.
Emergency Athletes
As an emergency athlete, you are responsible for purchasing compulsory competition apparel items at a minimum within the designated shopping window.
Late Ordering
The shop closure date is a strict deadline.
Unfortunately, if you fail to place your order within the agreed timeframe and wish to place an order, you will be charged a late order fee for competition items. The fee includes a 100% surcharge on the order cost and a $40 express courier fee. To place a late order, you must contact STR customer service by emailing customerservice@s-trend.com.au and requesting assistance. Keep in mind that late order requests are subject to approval based on production timelines and availability and are not guaranteed.
Delivery
Walk out items that are in stock will be delivered directly to your address in approximately 1-2 weeks. Competition items and other items not in stock will be made to order and delivered to your team manager before the uniform presentation date.
- If you’re not home during the day (Mon-Fri 9-5pm), you may wish to opt to have your items delivered to your work address.
- Please note that we cannot waive delivery charges for multiple orders placed.
Exchanges
What can be exchanged?
Exchange your walk out compulsory gear and some optional items (e.g. Hoodies) within 14 days of receipt if they are brand new, unworn and have all tags and packaging intact.
Sorry, but competition gear and other made-to-order items (i.e. supporters apparel) are not eligible for exchange as they are custom made. Also, due to hygiene reasons, swimwear and socks are not exchangeable.
If items do not meet these conditions, they will not be eligible for refund and we'll have to send them back to you with a postage fee of $15.30 (regular post).
Here's how you can make an exchange:
- Place a new order on our website www.ssvapparel.com.au, containing the new sizes that you require;
- Fill out an Exchange Request Form at https://school-sport-victoria-apparel.myshopify.com/pages/request-an-exchange
This notifies us of your exchange so that we can identify and process your returned items as quickly as possible. - Return your original items to us. You can return by post or by dropping off to our offices in South Melbourne (by appointment only). For appointments please e-mail customerservice@s-trend.com.au. If required, your original order may be returned to us prior to a new order being placed. (Standard order processing time applies)
Make sure the items you're returning match the items in your new order. Exchanges are only permitted for change of size, exchanges will not be accepted for different styles and items that do not meet the conditions set out in our Exchanges Policy will be sent back to you with a postage fee of $15.30.
