Exchanges
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED?
Exchange your walk out compulsory gear and some optional items (e.g. Hoodies) within 14 days of receipt if they are brand new, unworn and have all tags and packaging intact. Whilst we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, exchanges are available where the incorrect size has been purchased.
Sorry, but competition gear and other made-to-order items (i.e. supporters apparel) are not eligible for exchange as they are custom made. Also, due to hygiene reasons, swimwear and socks are not exchangeable.
If items do not meet these conditions, they will not be eligible for refund and we'll have to send them back to you with a postage fee of $15.30 (regular post).
Make sure the items you're returning match the items in your new order. Exchanges are only permitted for change of size, exchanges will not be accepted for different styles and items that do not meet the conditions set out in our Exchanges Policy will be sent back to you with a postage fee of $15.30.
HERE'S HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN EXCHANGE:
- Place a new order on our website www.ssvapparel.com.au, containing the new sizes that you require;
- Fill out an Exchange Request Form here
This notifies us of your exchange so that we can identify and process your returned items as quickly as possible. - Return your original items to us. You can return by post or by dropping off to our offices in South Melbourne (by appointment only). For appointments please e-mail customerservice@s-trend.com.au. If required, your original order may be returned to us prior to a new order being placed. (Standard order processing time applies).

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REPLACEMENT ITEMS?
Exchanges should be made by placing a new order and returning your original order as separate and unrelated actions, subject to the conditions above. This method ensures you get stock of the item you require as otherwise, it may sell out whilst your original order is being shipped back to us. Please be mindful of our standard order processing times when placing a new order if you require new uniforms at short notice.
To arrange a collection of your new order from our offices in South Melbourne please contact us to obtain a code which will enable you to put our address as the delivery address on your order with complimentary shipping costs at check out .
HOW DO I LODGE AN EXCHANGE?
To exchange an item purchased using a gift card provided by SSV, please follow these steps:

Fill Out the Exchange Request Form:
Complete the Exchange Request Form here. This step notifies us of your exchange request, allowing us to identify and process your returned items promptly.
In the "New Order Number" field, please write "Gift Card Exchange" as you will not have a new order #.

Return Your Original Items:
Ensure the items are unworn, in resalable condition, with tags intact.
Return the items either by post or by dropping them off at our offices in South Melbourne (by appointment only).

Gift Card Refund
Upon receiving your items, we will provide a refund to your gift card. You can then use this gift card to place a new order for your desired sizes.

Important Note:
If you place a new order using a credit card, you may incur out-of-pocket costs because we are only able to refund your original order to the gift card.
This policy is due to compliance requirements that mandate refunds be processed back to the original payment method to protect against money laundering and other financial crimes.
By following these steps, you can smoothly exchange your items and reorder the correct sizes using your refunded gift card.
ERROR WITH YOUR COMPETITION GEAR?
If there is something wrong with your competition gear and it is a fault made by S-Trend, you will receive your garment within 7 to 10 days free of charge. However, if a competition item is incorrect because of the customer (e.g. incorrect spelling of name or ordered the wrong size) or if a customer has ordered after the deadline date, S-Trend may supply replacement item/s at its discretion, subject to a late order surcharge.
RETURNS
We're sorry, but we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
